About Us
Our Story
As a family medical professional-based company, we understood the challenges of finding a home that was secure and perfect for us, especially when work took us away from our loved ones. Now I provide medical staffing for our medical professionals for 1-12 months and offer relocation housing for business employees, high-net-worth investors with families, etc. I aim to create a work-cation environment that boosts productivity and my goal for my landlord partners is to become their number one tenant, providing reliable and responsible tenancy.
Areas Of Operation
I am currently operating in:
-
West Palm Beach, FL
-
Santa Ana, CA
-
Somerville, MA
-
Miami, FL
I am always looking to expand in other areas; if you are a landlord/owner please contact me if you looking to solve your vacancy problem.
No Costly Tenant Turnover
I have eliminated the "Costly Tenant Turnover" so you never need to worry about:
1. Deep cleaning
2. Re-painting
3. Multiple Month Vacancies
Guaranteed Rental Income
Auto-pay like your electricity bill ensures guaranteed rent, regardless of tenant circumstances like a family that may lost their job and can’t pay you this month.
Why Should I Rent To You?
Long-Term Relationship
My main goal is to become your last tenant by building a partnership. Unlike a family that may move out one day due to various reasons, I aim to build a strong and reliable relationship with you. Once we establish a solid foundation, I would love to explore other properties that you may have available.
0% Vacancy
I offer longer lease options to help maintain 100% occupancy and avoid "The Costly Turnovers." I take the time to introduce myself in person to build positive relationships with you and the neighbors, ensuring everyone is happy with continuous lease renewals.
Less Wear & Tear
Landlords are often shocked by the poor condition of their property after "Family Tenants" move out. However, I create less wear and tear because I have weekly maintenance and inspections. My clients, mostly medical professionals only use the property for sleeping, unlike families with children who may cause accidental damages.

What is a Master Lease?A "Master Lease" is a type of lease where I rent from the landlord, furnish the property, and then cater to my sister's network of picky medical professionals who are here on a contract term of a couple of months and need my property while they work at the hospital.
-
How long is your Master Lease?I would prefer to rent from you for a longer-term lease, ideally ranging from 3-5 years to eliminate "The Costly Tenant Turnover and Provide 100% Occupancy." However, if you are hesitant like our previous landlords before building our relationship, I would be open to a 2-year lease with an option to renew the contract.

What about damages to my property? Most of my clients' employers cover their relocation expenses. Therefore, my clients are careful not to cause any damage to the property. Otherwise, they could lose their job and be banned from staying with me again. Additionally, I have two types of insurance: $1,000,000 coverage and an umbrella coverage named "Proper. Insure". This insurance policy covers the landlord, the property, my clients, and me. Therefore, if there is any damage to the property, such as a water pipe breaking, it is covered.
-
How will you protect my property? The house will be equipped with 360-degree safety cameras and a noise detector inside to ensure compliance with my strict house rules. These rules include no smoking, no business gatherings, no loud noise after 9:30 pm, no pets, and no shoes inside the property. Additionally, I personally introduce myself to the neighbors, so they know about me, my picky clients, and can contact me if needed. I take care of any maintenance issues that cost $250 or less and have two types of insurances. I also conduct weekly maintenance and inspections and have a co-worker on standby in the area.
-
Who are your clients? My clients are high-net-worth medical professionals who can be quite particular. Therefore, if there is any issue with the environment, such as a squeaky cabinet, it can bother my clients and ruin my reputation. Hence, if there is a squeaky cabinet, I get it fixed immediately with the help of my handyman. Apart from the hospital's background checks, I conduct my own background checks, verify my clients' IDs, and have them sign a membership contract that limits their rights to the property. I also make sure that they verify their identity, and cross-check all the details with the hospital they are affiliated with.
-
Where do your clients come from? The majority of my clients are from my sister's network of hospitals. However, there are times when I have gaps in between contacts. For instance, if I have a three-month contract, followed by a two-week vacancy, and then another three-month contract, I may need to look for other options to fill in that gap. In such cases, I use websites where other medical professionals can find me like Furnish Finder, Traveling Nursing, Temporary Housing Directory, Airbnb for Work, and MLS to find ONLY medical professionals who need temporary housing but I already have enough demand through my sister network of staff so I only use this to fill in gaps if needed.

How do payments for rent work, is it commission-based?Payments will be sent out through our direct deposit. Rent payments are the same as payments from a "Traditional Tenant". We may also do wires, Zelle, etc. We pay market rate with a 2-5 year lease agreement. If you are interested in enrolling in Auto Pay, please contact me. *Auto-Pay is a feature we give to landlords so they will always receive their payment automatically at the beginning, end of the month, or even a day earlier.
